Vegetarian without Meat

Apt a vegetarian is more than just a diet. It’s a life choice that will give many effects to your lifestyle. It may takes weeks and months to make a transation when you choose to be vegetarian. You may not rush yourself to be vegetarian because it’s not only a physical change on diet. It’s also a emotional and spiritual change.

Do not intake meat means that you will have new meal. This can be hard if you live together with non-vegetarian people. That’s mean a double menu each time. You will need to build relationship and tolerance for each other to have a peaceful dinner.

You are fantastic if you are being a vegetarian while you are a meat lovers before. But you must be set for some craving for meat too. In the begining of apt a vegetarian, you may consume meat. So, your body subdue gets protein while trying to decrease the ammount of meat needed by the body. It will takes weeks until you can find someting replacing nutritions in your body because of the diets.

If you do not eat meat as usual, you will feel run down because of the transition. Don’t worry. It’s normal.
